We exclusively target non-major markets in the Great Lakes, Midwest and Southeastern US, capitalizing on historic spreads in market pricing where less competition and lower risk deliver a significant competitive advantage to our shareholders.

We carefully seek unique opportunities via distressed borrowers or lenders, off-market scenarios, or like-kind exchanges on properties with healthy cash flow after debt service.
